About Dr. WS William
Winfred S William is a Professor in Operations Management and Decision Sciences Area at Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar, XIM University. He teaches courses on Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Project Management. He was Dean (Academic) from 2002 to 2009. He taught courses at ISB, Mohali, XLRI Jamshedpur and S P Jain Singapore as visiting faculty.
Professor William started his professional career with Engineers India Limited, the largest engineering consulting firm in the country. Subsequently, he joined NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering), Mumbai as a faculty member where he taught courses on Operations Management and Project Management. He is actively involved in consulting for several organizations and conducted customized training programmes for senior executives.
Professor William has more than 30 years of experience in teaching, consulting, and training. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management from IIT, Kharagpur.

3. Organization and Delivery of the Course
The course has 12 online sessions aligned with case studies, articles and book chapters. The course will use lecture, small video clippings, case method, discussion forum, and interactions with the practicing managers for achieving the learning outcomes.
